 Raising awareness of the walk many people in other countries have to walk to receive water. We will be carrying can filled with SnakeRiver water around the greenbelt. Our goal is to raise 5000 dollars which builds one fresh water well.

Event info:Fitness Incorporated will be hosting an Aerobic-Thon for Howard Peck. The Aerobic-Thon will feature Turbo-Kick, Spinning, Master Step, Strength, and Yoga classes taught by some of Portneuf Valleys best fitness instructors. Howard was recently diagnosed with Stage IV Metastasized Melanoma (cancer). He is currently the Principal of Franklin Jr. High and was formerly the Principal of Indian Hills Elementary. Howard and his wife, Kim Peck, have been a tremendous positive influence in the local Fitness and Educational community. Please come out and show your support and love for the Pecks at this difficult time. Lets Pump It Up for Howard!

March in March (Idaho Falls)

Location: Begins at the Frosty Gator, Idaho Falls
Event info: Fundraiser for the IFFD Pipes and Drums Band (currently raising money to represent the city of Idaho Falls in Texas this coming May. People can just come out and have a great time, purchase a t-shirt or a pint glass (also make excellent soda glasses) or just throw in a couple of bucks when the band passes the hat. There is no charge to attend this event. The band will begin at the Frosty Gator at 5pm, and then go on to Marcellars, Vino Rosso, Samoa, Karen's and finally the Shilo. It's a perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day! See you there!

16th annual Glenn Miller Night (Suger City)

Event: 16th annual Glenn Miller Night sponsored by the Sugar Salem High School Jazz Bands. Glenn Miller is an annual fundariase for Sugar Salem High School Music Department, and is a delightful evening featuring a prime rib dinner for $20 per plate, and entertainment provided by the Jazz Bands. Approximately 50 students participate in the bands, and they perform a myriad of famous jazz numbers including "In the Mood", "String of Pearls", and "Witchcraft". Many patrons enjoy listening to these accomplished musicians, while others enjoy the opportunity to dance to a live band. The bands are under the direction of Mark Seare.
