Here is what happens: You go through the drive-thru in order to save yourself some time during your busy day. You order your food and then pull around to pay for your meal, except that you find that the guy’s car ahead of you has BROKE DOWN. And yes, it is just IMPOSSIBLE to get it out of the way so you can get your food AND no one in the drive-thru lane wants to back up to get out of there.
There is the second scenario: you pull up to the window after having ordered your french fries only to find out that they are ALL out of those deliciously fried Idaho-grown potatoes. As a result, you now have to wait awhile, as in like 10 minutes, to get your french fries. Not that the waiting part is bad since you are getting fresh fries, but you now have like 15 cars behind wondering why you are holding up the line! And everyone thinks, “Gosh, why did that person decide that TODAY was the day to order 20 cheeseburgers?”.
These are just two of the many things that you hate to have happen to you with little or no control of the event on your part!
